Move Well; Move Often

We could all use more movement in our lives. Improved movement is also an improved quality of life. We all benefit from improved posture, being stronger on one leg, bending at the waist, and getting up from a seated position.

Join us as we improve our movement competence.

It is an introductory program geared toward all skill levels. We squat with our knees, hinge from our hips, and address upper back posture and torso strength in every session.
