Since 1990 South End has been committed to this Room In The Inn program, which offers overnight respite to unhomed men. Our participation on the first, third, and fifth Friday nights from November through March involves our members in varied ways. Volunteers transport the men on the church’s bus from the downtown center to our church and back, cook and serve dinner, spend the night, prepare breakfast, provide bag lunches, clean area, and launder bedding.
